Health Check In {Autumn 2020}

 Hello everyone, happy Wednesday. I hope you are doing great. This week I want to take a break from fashion, makeup, etc and talk about health. Mental and physical! Right now, during this global pandemic, it is really hard to feel motivated and happy. That is okay and completely understandable but we still have to nurture and improve our minds and bodies by taking supplements, working out and more.

I love to go on jogs with my daughter and do yoga as well when I have extra time. I created a list of exercises to tone and build three sections of muscles: legs, abs and booty. These are basic exercises that anyone can do! You can pick and choose what you like, do them inside or outside, only use one section, use this list once a week, etc. Please do whatever works for you personally! As long as you are staying active, your brain will release endorphins to make you feel good. I enjoy squats and working my legs the most. Check these out⬇️

I wear a waist trainer 4 days a week for an hour or so and when I am exercising. There is a ton of controversy about whether or not waist trainers work, but I have used one for years and love it! It shapes my waist, helps me maintain better posture and tightens my tummy. I wear it on the tightest latch and use a size small. I am 5'5" 120 lbs to give you an estimate for sizing if you are looking to purchase one for yourself. I have never had a complaint about mine! It is comfortable. I like to wear it when I go for long runs as well. Amazon has awesome waist trainers.

I deal with a list of mental health issues and take a handful of vitamins/supplements to help me. Even if you do not have any mental problems, I still highly recommend taking these four products: magnesium 250mg, hair/skin/nails dummies, acidophilus and super vitamin b-complex. My head feels more clear since I started taking these and it makes coping a lot easier when your brain is getting the vitamins it has been lacking. My gummies also contain vitamin c and collagen, which I absolutely love! Acidophilus helps your digestive system: the center of your body. It is extremely important. I buy my products at Walmart, Target and CVS. I have tried many brands and found these to be my favorite so far.

Not everybody likes drink powders, but this brand might just change your mind. I always buy Harmony Proteins when I am at the store. They have collagen water, energy mixes, digestive powders and much more. They help my skin glow from the inside out and keep my skins elasticity on point. Not to mention that they taste like heaven. You just mix one pack into a water bottle and shake it up! I drink a bunch of green tea too. It has flushed my system and cleared up most of my acne. Staying balanced is key to maintaining a healthy mind and body.

Lastly, I try to consume a gallon of water each day. It is hard but I push myself to stay hydrated. H2O is very good for your body! People tend to drink more water faster by using a straw and a cute bottle. Like I previously said, do what works for you personally. Set reminders on your phone for when to drink or write down notes to yourself. You can do it! 128 fluid ounces is not impossible. You got this too!
