Health Check In {Autumn 2020}
Hello everyone, happy Wednesday. I hope you are doing great. This week I want to take a break from fashion, makeup, etc and talk about health. Mental and physical! Right now, during this global pandemic, it is really hard to feel motivated and happy. That is okay and completely understandable but we still have to nurture and improve our minds and bodies by taking supplements, working out and more. I love to go on jogs with my daughter and do yoga as well when I have extra time. I created a list of exercises to tone and build three sections of muscles: legs, abs and booty. These are basic exercises that anyone can do! You can pick and choose what you like, do them inside or outside, only use one section, use this list once a week, etc. Please do whatever works for you personally! As long as you are staying active, your brain will release endorphins to make you feel good. I enjoy squats and working my legs the most.
