Three of my all time favorite natural products:

Evolution_18 Beauty Bubbles Hydration  drink tablets are made to keep the skin moisturized and contain antioxidants for a cellular shield. This item contains hyaluronic acid, 12 mcg of vitamin b12, green tea leaf extract, pomegranate, açaí, prickly pear, coconut water, and more amazing ingredients. The tablets are gluten free and the Evolution_18 website gives a lot of information on all the rest of the ingredients. I dissolve these in 8 ounces of water and it tastes just like berries. I started using this product 2 months ago and I have noticed a huge difference in my skin! I am more moisturized and have a really pretty glow. 10/10 recommend for my dry and acne skin babes!



Iris Honey Gummy Cubes have changed my life. These contain non-gmo full spectrum hemp extract, natural honey, coconut oil, and beeswax. I eat two whenever I am feeling anxious or can't sleep and they work extremely well to relax my mind & completely change my mood. These cubes do not contain any THC and are organic. Hemp has been around for thousands of years. The ancient Egyptians and other cultures used cannabis as medicine for a wide variety of different medical issues. Farmers grew hemp for tons of products such as paper, lamp fuel, and sail canvas. Recent studies show all the benefits of CBD for insomnia, anxiety, seizures, pain, and much more without the high. The scent is light floral and helps you to fall asleep easily. When used internally, this oil helps alleviate tension and calm anxiety. Here is a link for yummy lavender lemonade. Lavender is the must have oil. I prefer to use it in my diffuser and mixed with coconut oil on my neck and bottom of my feet. doTERRA is a great brand!

Health Check In {Autumn 2020}

 Hello everyone, happy Wednesday. I hope you are doing great. This week I want to take a break from fashion, makeup, etc and talk about health. Mental and physical! Right now, during this global pandemic, it is really hard to feel motivated and happy. That is okay and completely understandable but we still have to nurture and improve our minds and bodies by taking supplements, working out and more.  I love to go on jogs with my daughter and do yoga as well when I have extra time. I created a list of exercises to tone and build three sections of muscles: legs, abs and booty. These are basic exercises that anyone can do! You can pick and choose what you like, do them inside or outside, only use one section, use this list once a week, etc. Please do whatever works for you personally! My Ways To Get Well Mentally It is normal to feel emotional once in a while, but do you often find yourself stuck in a constant cycle of sadness/anger? I do!
