My Ways To Get Well Mentally It is normal to feel emotional once in a while, but do you often find yourself stuck in a constant cycle of sadness/anger? I do! I have struggled to find remedies and ways to control my anxiety and depression for years; I have tried the "just breathe" method plenty of times and although it does calm the nerves down a bit, it has never been enough to completely stop my panic and down emotions. The past four years, I have spent a lot of time going to different therapies, doings tons of research, and attempting to find myself. I have had some shocking outcomes from the switch ups I have done to improve my life and mental health. Every day gets better and better so I am going to share my hacks with you right now in hopes of you feeling amazing as well. Health Check In {Autumn 2020}

 Hello everyone, happy Wednesday. I hope you are doing great. This week I want to take a break from fashion, makeup, etc and talk about health. Mental and physical! Right now, during this global pandemic, it is really hard to feel motivated and happy. That is okay and completely understandable but we still have to nurture and improve our minds and bodies by taking supplements, working out and more.  I love to go on jogs with my daughter and do yoga as well when I have extra time. I created a list of exercises to tone and build three sections of muscles: legs, abs and booty. These are basic exercises that anyone can do! You can pick and choose what you like, do them inside or outside, only use one section, use this list once a week, etc. Please do whatever works for you personally! As long as you are staying active, your brain will release endorphins to make you feel good. I enjoy squats and working my legs the most.  Hello friends! After a long (but much needed) break, I am back to blogging. I am very excited to start keeping up with everybody again! Between the coronavirus, moving into a new place, being a stay at home mom and other situations, I have not been able to do much of what I enjoy lately. Today I decided to write/take photos to give you guys some fall fashion ideas. I kept my outfits {pretty} simple so you can add your own jewelry preferences, coats, cardigans, etc. Our weather is slowly starting to go down into the 60s and I'm stoked. Recreating Celebrity Dresses Into Urban Style Outfits

4 Famous Women's Dresses Flipped As you can tell by the long title, today I decided to recreate Taylor Swift, Kim Kardashian, Julianne Hough and Jennifer Lopez's beautiful dresses. I have grown up watching and listening to these females and I admire them so much! Plus, I wanted to pick celebs that everyone is familiar with.  Honestly, I have struggled with finding my specific aesthetic. My style has consistently been a combination of many trends. I wanted to show outfits I love and would wear with inspiration from these dresses and urban fashion. (Which is the absolute best in my opinion.) Sneakers and a little bit of edge are involved in most urban outfits. Think of clothing that people wear in big cities such as Chicago and NYC. I know we are all still quarantined, but I wanted to do a fun blog this week and put together clothing that is perfect for this beautiful weather. Large Miss A Haul + Review  The brand Miss A has been making a lot of noise all over social media platforms. $1-$2 products?! How great can the quality be? I was feeling extremely skeptical so I decided to see what this site/store is all about and I am truly shocked. I bought 32 items and wanted to do another review blog on some of the things I picked out! I have been searching for some of these products on other sites but didn't like the prints, etc. Miss A has many choices and different styles that I loved. I was actually overwhelmed with how much they sell! I took a lot of photos for this blog and I am excited to share my thoughts with you! Multifunctional Head Wrap This is a pretty pink color and looks nice with my skin tone. You can use this head wrap many different ways and it is amazing material/quality for the price. It stretches and expands to fit your head or body depending on how you want to wear it. Perfect for hiking and exercising! 10/10.
